Latest deal news from David Stephen Partners
We always try and send out up-to-date news on the latest deals that we broker for our clients and one of the deals I saw today I thought was worthy of publication;
Interest rate swap details as follows;
This would seem to us like a good deal, especially at 80% loan to value. If you defer for the first 12 months, it is likely that you would see the benefit of further rate cuts and then fixing in funds at sub 5% overall is good by historical standards.
If you are looking for funding at the moment and are being let down by your existing funder or would like an alternative view, please contact us.
