Whitehaven is a 2-star, 14 registered home in an affluent coastal town in Norfolk.
Mr & Mrs Bharj came to us looking for funding to pursue their dream of owning and running their own care home and after one of the Banks in the sector let them down, we were able to secure terms for our client with a different Bank. This was at the height of the credit crunch, in what were difficult market conditions.
