David Stephen Partners are delighted to announce the completed purchase of Dovecote Care Home, Llangarron, near Ross-on-Wye by new owners Dreamcare Homes Ltd.
Dovecote is a modern and spacious care home set in a peaceful and tranquil rural location. The area offers outstanding uninterrupted views of the surrounding open countryside.
David Stephen Partners have been working with the two principles of Dreamcare Homes Ltd, Mahesh Sidi and Babu Odedra for some time, helping them in their search for a suitable home and providing competitive commercial funding – especially important in these fast changing markets.
