David Stephen Partners are delighted to announce the acquisition of Beaumont House Care Home by one of their clients.
Our client was a first time purchaser and an experienced care home manager for BUPA. This certainly helped us in approaching lenders to obtain a facility and enhanced the terms that we were able to negotiate for our client, which were some way ahead of the current market.
Beaumont House is a smaller, managed, detached residential home registered for 10 and is located in a quiet residential area in Leicestershire.
David Burrows, Partner, comments, “This deal shows that there is still a lending appetite for smaller homes. This is especially pertinent in a lending market where you only see deals advertised by the large banks and brokers that are of corporate type and of high value. It is encouraging that we are still able to source competitive funding for this type of deal and are able to help people realise their ambitions. We still think that there is a place for the smaller end of the market and the associated better levels of care that it can provide.”
