David Stephen Partners has assisted an existing care operator to further expand his group in the Lincolnshire area.
The Grove is a long established care home in Lincolnshire registered for 11 residents.
Keith Watson, Senior Broker for David Stephen Partners, comments, ‘I was first approached by the client once the deal for the Grove had been agreed with Hayden Associates who were the business transfer agent selling the property.
My client already owned one unit in the town and felt that the acquisition of this care home would create significant economies of scale. The property also benefited from planning permission which had been granted to develop the home further’.
Each step of the transaction was carefully managed and through our strong ties with Hayden Associates the deal was brought to a successful and swift completion.
